Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EST) are processed the next business day.
How long is delivery?
Free Standard Shipping takes 3–4 business days once shipped.
Will I get tracking info?
Yes — a tracking number and link will be emailed once your order ships.
What if my order says delivered but I didn’t get it?
Check nearby areas or with neighbors, and wait 24 hours in case of courier updates.

Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Yes — we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days for both defective and non-defective items, provided they are in new, unused condition.
How do I return an item?
Email support@waac.us to request a free downloadable return label.
Are there any fees for returns?
No — returns are free, and there are no restocking fees.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your return.

What payment methods do you accept?

All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
When is payment charged?
Payment is charged at the time of purchase. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after successful payment.
Is my payment secure?
Yes — all payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
WAAC does not store or have access to your full payment card details.
Are taxes included?
All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required. Additional import duties or fees may apply based on local regulations.
